When we look at the many blessings in our lives, it can be easy to forget that all good gifts come from God above. None of our earthly materials truly belong to us. We approach giving as a matter of the heart, and a matter of discipleship. We are called to honor God in many ways, and giving is one form of worshipping Him. When you give, your contribution plays no small part in growing the Kingdom of God. If you would like to honor God and help build His Kingdom, we have three areas you can contribute to.
CURRENT EXPENSE
When you give to Current Expense, you will be supporting your local church in all of its endeavors. Your donation will be used for repairing the building itself, purchasing elements for our services and activities, keeping the lights on, paying our staff, and ensuring that you have a church to call home.
APPORTIONMENTS
When you choose to give to Apportionments, your donations will be supporting the churches we are connected with through United Methodism. Your offering will be used as a means to fund scholarships for lower-income families, provide Bibles across the globe, and support those who wish to pursue life in Ministry.
BENEVOLENCES
When you choose to give to Benevolences, your generosity will be used in worldwide servitude. Choosing this path impacts our opportunities for emergency response to human suffering, disaster relief work, and ongoing humanitarian efforts that will change people’s lives for the better.
